We do offer Credit notes on non SALE items only.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• unworn
• unwashed
• must have all original tags intact.

Please email: Contact@halfwayeast.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returned items are at the buyers cost, we do not offer free credit/exchange. please note sale items are non-refundable.

NOTE: we do recommend that you return your items through tracked shipping as we are not liable for lost returns through transit.
